RSJ Deliveries acts as a courier of your food order. By placing an order through our delivery app or website, customer agrees to pay RSJ Deliveries for the retail price of the food, applicable service fees, the applicable taxes, and a delivery charge. RSJ Deliveries offers the convenience of placing the order with the restaurant. The restaurant advises RSJ Deliveries of the retail price of the food and the applicable taxes to be charged. RSJ Deliveries reserves the right to modify customers form of payment to reflect accurate price of food and taxes at restaurant. Upon pick up at restaurant, RSJ Deliveries remits the price of the food and the taxes to the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for remitting the tax to the taxing authorities. RSJ Deliveries does not hold a contract with listed restaurants nor is responsible for remitting taxes on food purchased from the business account at time of pick up.

RSJ Deliveries is not responsible for unknown price adjustments prior to placing order at restaurant, customer accounts will be modified to reflect the difference.
